He is Red's (or Leaf's!) rival in Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, FireRed, and LeafGreen, then he becomes a Gym Leader in Pokemon Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold, and SoulSilver. He is known as Green Okido in Japan.
